How many items can I buy in one purchase?
Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.
I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.
When will my package be delivered?

How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number that was sent. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed LLLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Input all discount codes at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed, and it does not allow us to apply a discount code to a previous order.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is fulfilled and has been shipped out. We may be able to amend your address if it has not been fulfilled; please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to modify your shipping address.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?
All sales are final. Laura Lee Los Angeles does not offer refunds/returns/exchanges at this time. Please contact Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns.
Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, but by setting up an account you have access to order and shipping information. You can also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?
All products on lauraleelosangeles.com are in stock and available for order, unless otherwise noted. Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via PayPal, AfterPay, and all major credit/debit cards.
Is there a minimum spend on Afterpay?
For USA customers your purchase must be at least $35 USD to pay with Afterpay
I am international customer (outside USA) do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Yes, you are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs
There is an item missing from my order.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

What is Order Protection?
OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.
If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a reshipment or refund if your claim is approved.
To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.
How do I get Order Protection?
In your cart, there is a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Make sure Order Protection is toggled on to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.
What does Order Protection cover?
Order Protection covers your order for loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.
How much does Order Protection cost?
We tried to make it affordable. Order Protection is based on the value of your cart. Please refer to your cart to confirm.
How long does it take for my claim to get resolved?
You'll typically get a response within an hour, and most claims are resolved that same day. Orderprotection.com has 24/7 support so you can expect responses and communication around the clock.
How long do I have to make a claim?
You can submit a claim 30-45 days from the date you placed your order depending on the claim type.
I didn't add Order Protection to my order and now I have an issue with my order. What do I do?
